Oxcombe Art and Ceramics Exhibition

Oxcombe will be throwing open its doors for a second Art & Ceramics Exhibition after great success in 2022. Once again our workshop spaces will be transformed into galleries filled with artwork available to buy.

Many of our regular attendees have developed highly individual and professional collections of ceramic work, selling at fairs and in shops and galleries. We are delighted to present their work at Oxcombe, which ranges from outdoor sculpture to wheelthrown oven-to-tableware. 

In addition this year we are excited to launch the limited edition Oxcombe Range of domestic ware, created by Sophie Olivant and fired in our reduction gas kiln. Many of these pieces are unique to Oxcombe since Sophie has created ash glazes using wood gleaned from the Oxcombe estate. 

A selection of established fine artists working in oils, watercolour, acrylic and print also present their work at this event, alongside paintings and drawings created by our art class attendees. Work ranges from largescale landscapes to intimate still life florals, with limited edition prints and cards also available.

The Exhibition will be open to the public between 10am – 4pm each day. Light refreshments will be available to purchase on site.

Entry fee: £1.50 adults (under 18 free)

Purchases can be made by cash or card.
